Step 1: Put a pizza stone in the oven and preheat at 200°C (392°F), fan-assisted. Heat the stone for at least about 20 minutes while preparing the pizza.
Step 2: Mix the brown sugar (1/2 tbsp), soy sauce (1 tbsp), first tablespoon of water (1 tbsp), rice wine (1/2 tbsp), oyster sauce (1/4 tsp), garlic (1/8 tsp) and sesame oil (1/8 tsp) in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the starch with the second tablespoon of water. Heat a pan, add the sauce and bring it to a gentle boil over low heat for 10–20 seconds. Stir the slurry again, pour it in and stir until the sauce thickens. Transfer the sauce to a plate.
Step 3: Spread all the thickened sauce thinly over the pizza base. Sprinkle on the mozzarella, then add the mushroom (1), olives, onion and ready-cooked bulgogi (100 g). Scatter the drained corn and diced green pepper over the gaps.
Step 4: Transfer the assembled pizza onto the hot stone and bake at 200°C (392°F), fan-assisted, for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the pizza is hot.
Step 5: Remove the baked pizza, slice and serve.
