Method4 steps · about 45 min

  1. Step 1: In a shallow pan, such as 9x13 baking dish, mash the banana in and add soy sauces (3 tablespoons), sugar (3 tablespoon), garlic (2 cloves), sesame oil (1 tablespoon), and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Uses 1 medium ripe banana · 2 cloves garlic (minced) · 2 tablespoons Korean soup soy sauce (gukganjang) · 3 tablespoons soy sauce · 3 tablespoon brown sugar · 1 tablespoon sesame oil · 1 teaspoon black pepper

  2. Step 2: Add the beef, onion (1 small), and carrot (1) and mix well as you massage them to incorporate the seasoning to soak up. Let it sit on the counter for 30 minutes.

Rest banana-marinated beef · 30 minUses 1-1/2 lb paper thin sliced beef sirloin · 1 small onion (sliced) · 1 carrot (sliced into thin matchsticks) · prepared banana soy marinade
