   Step 1: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef (1 pound), onion (½ cup), red bell pepper (½ cup), mushrooms (½ cup), salt (1 teaspoon), and chili powder (1 teaspoon) together in the hot skillet until the beef is completely browned, 7 to 10 minutes; drain and discard grease.
