Method3 steps

  1. Step 1: Put the 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt, 1 cup prepared mixed berries and ¼ cup honey in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Taste and add a little of the separate optional extra honey only if needed, then blend it in.

Uses 1 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt · 1 cup prepared mixed berries, fresh or frozen, such as strawberries, blueberries and raspberries · ¼ cup honey · Extra honey, optional, only if needed after tasting the blend

  2. Step 2: Pour or spoon all the mixture into clean ice-pop mould cavities, leaving the headspace recommended for the moulds. Fit the sticks and lids. The author guide is about five pops; use enough cavities for the full mixture without overfilling, since mould sizes vary. Freeze for at least 6–8 hours or overnight until completely firm, checking first at 6 hours and continuing until set.

  3. Step 3: Unmould only once the pops are completely firm. Choose either a 5-minute stand at room temperature or run warm water over the outside or bottom of the mould, then gently wiggle the sticks to release. Serve immediately. For best texture, keep unserved pops frozen in a resealable freezer bag or airtight container, separated with parchment, and enjoy within a week.

Uses Fully frozen yogurt and berry pops · Warm water, only if choosing the warm-water mould-release method
