French Spinach

From the zcook collection

This French Spinach recipe made with sautéed garlic and butter is a bistro classic and one of my French Chef husband's favorite dishes. This dish is incredibly easy to make, only takes a few minutes and adds incredible flavor to any meal. Plus you get the added benefits of eating lots of leafy greens.

  1. Step 1: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Step 2: Add the 2 tbsp unsalted butter.

    Uses 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  3. Step 3: As the butter melts, add the thinly sliced garlic (3). Let the butter turn slightly golden for a nutty flavor, watching the garlic and reducing the heat if needed so it does not burn.
