  1. Step 1: Mix the softened cream cheese with the 1 tbsp finely chopped red onion and 1 tbsp finely chopped dill. Add a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper, mix and taste. Add more salt only if desired.

Uses 8 oz . cream cheese, room temperature/softened · 1 tbsp finely chopped red onion for cream cheese · 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill for cream cheese · 1 pinch salt initially, plus more only to taste · Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  2. Step 2: Spread a thin layer of the herbed cream cheese over each of the 10 crispbreads, reserving any unused spread refrigerated. Divide the thinly sliced smoked salmon (1 package) from the 3-ounce package among them. Garnish with the separately listed extra onion slices and dill, then serve.

Uses 10 Wasa Multi Grain crispbreads · 1 package smoked salmon (3-ounce size) · Herbed cream-cheese spread, only as much as needed · Extra red onion slices for garnish, as needed · Extra fresh dill for garnish, as needed
