Step 1: If your ice shaver requires a molded block, fill its compatible container with water and freeze completely before starting the dessert. If the machine accepts ready ice cubes, skip this preparation. The shaver is equipment; allow enough ice to produce about 4 cups shaved ice for two bowls.
Step 2: Open the ready sweet red beans (1/2 cup), condensed milk, misugaru (2 Tbsp) and mini mochi packages. Wash the strawberries (6) and blueberries (1/2 cup), then measure the listed toppings.
Step 3: Slice strawberries.
Step 4: Shave compatible ice into two bowls large enough for ice and toppings, using about 2 cups (500 ml) shaved ice per bowl.
Step 5: Sprinkle the 2 tablespoons misugaru evenly over the two bowls, about 1 tablespoon each, using a small sieve if desired.
