   Step 1: In a large pot over medium high heat, saute the ground beef (1 pound). Add the taco seasoning, soup, water (3 ¾ cups), onions (1 cup), carrots (4), potatoes (3), celery (1 stalk) and beans. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
