  1. Step 1: Mix the yeast, lukewarm dough water (1 cup), sugar (2 tbsp) and heavy cream (1 cup) in a bowl. Cover with a damp cloth and leave for 10 minutes to activate.

Activate Yeast · 10 minUses 2 tbsp active dry yeast · 1 cup lukewarm water for dough · 2 tbsp white granulated sugar · 1 cup heavy cream

  2. Step 2: Mix the activated yeast mixture with the egg (1), 5 cups flour, vegetable oil (4 teaspoon) and salt (2 teaspoon) until combined.

Uses Activated yeast and cream mixture · 1 egg · 5 cups all purpose flour · 4 teaspoon vegetable oil · 2 teaspoon salt

  3. Step 3: Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface. Knead for up to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
