Method3 steps

  1. Step 1: Put all 7 peeled chopped carrots, the measured 2 cups peeled pineapple chunks and ¼ cup peeled chopped ginger in the blender. Add enough water to cover the ingredients and blend until smooth. If needed, work in smaller batches, dividing the measured produce between them and adding only enough water for each; use the full produce amounts once across the complete batch.

Uses 7 fresh carrots, peeled and chopped · 2 cups fresh pineapple flesh, peeled and chopped into chunks · ¼ cup fresh ginger, peeled and chopped · Water, enough to cover the fruit and vegetables in each blender batch

  2. Step 2: Strain all the blended mixture through a fine strainer into a clean container, collecting the juice and leaving the pulp behind. Combine the strained juice from all blender batches. Stir in the full ¼ cup lime juice, then add sugar gradually to taste until dissolved.

Uses Complete blended carrot-pineapple-ginger mixture from all batches · ¼ cup lime juice · Sugar, as needed to sweeten the strained juice to taste

  3. Step 3: Cover the container of strained sweetened juice and refrigerate until cold. Stir before pouring and divide the chilled batch into 4 drink portions.

Uses Complete strained carrot-pineapple-ginger juice with lime and sugar to taste
