Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2: Heat vegetable oil (1 teaspoon) in a large skillet over medium heat and cook turkey bacon (7 slices) until browned and crisp, about 5 minutes per side. Drain bacon on paper towels; crumble when cool.
Step 3: Mix cooked bacon with ground turkey, Cheddar cheese (1 cup), egg (1), onion (½ small), crumbled French bread (1 slice), Worcestershire sauce (2 tablespoons), garlic powder (2 teaspoons), and black pepper (¼ teaspoon); turn the turkey meatloaf mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish and form into a loaf shape in the middle of the dish.
Step 4: Mix ketchup (¼ cup), yellow mustard, and brown sugar (1 ½ tablespoons) together in a bowl, stirring to dissolve brown sugar. Spread the mixture over the turkey loaf.
Step 5: Bake the turkey loaf in the preheated oven until an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
