Step 1: Use the same volume measure for each part: 2 parts Select Aperitivo, 3 parts Prosecco and 1 part soda water. Fill a large wine glass with ice, then pour in the 2 parts Select followed by the 3 parts chilled Prosecco.

Step 2: Add 1 part chilled unsweetened soda water to the Select and Prosecco over ice. Stir gently to combine all three liquids.
