Advieh (Persian Spice Mix)

   Step 1: Layer all seven measured ground spices in a clean, dry jar with a tight lid. Use culinary-grade ground dried rose petals (2 tsp).

   Uses 4 tsp ground cumin · 1/2 tsp Ground Clove · 4 tsp ground cinnamon · 2 tsp ground culinary dried rose petals · 1 tsp ground black pepper · 2 tsp ground turmeric · 2 tsp Ground Cardamom

   Step 2: Shake well and make sure the spices are fully mixed.

   Step 3: Store the tightly closed jar in a cool, dry place in the spice cabinet. Use the prepared blend for rice dishes, stews and kebabs.
