Step 1: Heat the oven to 175°C / 350°F. Lightly grease a 9 × 13 inch / about 23 × 33 cm baking dish with the separate greasing oil.
Step 2: Bring a large pot of water to a boil and lightly salt it with the separate boiling-water salt. Add all the dry spaghetti (16 oz) and cook for eight to ten minutes, until al dente. Drain the cooked pasta, then stir in all the canned tomato sauce (8 oz), concentrated tomato paste (6 oz), ground cinnamon (1 tsp) and quarter-cup vegetable oil (¼ cup). Season the complete mixture with its separate salt and ground black pepper.
Step 3: Transfer all the sauced cooked spaghetti to the prepared greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
Step 4: Bake at 175°C / 350°F for about one hour, until the top is crunchy and the dish is hot throughout. Divide into eight portions and serve.
