Method5 steps · about 15 min
Step 1: Heat the 1 tbsp neutral oil over medium heat. Stir-fry all 6 minced garlic cloves and 2 tsp minced ginger for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 4: Keep the pan hot. Arrange all 400 g very thin ribeye slices around the onion and rice. Add ½ cup corn kernels, all 2 tbsp butter and chopped spring onions as desired. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper, add optional chili oil, and spoon over all the earlier prepared sauce. Continue directly to cooking and mixing; the beef is not ready to eat at this assembly point.
Step 5: Stir and toss the complete assembled mixture in the hot pan, separating the thin beef slices so every slice cooks evenly. Continue until the beef is cooked through, the corn is heated and the rice is hot throughout. Serve immediately in 2 portions.
