Step 1: Cut/chop the each Pastırma (pastrami) slices into 3 to 4 pieces evenly.
Step 2: Mix the diced cut green peppers (2), red peppers (1), tomatoes (2), grated cheddar cheese (200 g), and Pastrami pieces in a large bowl.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, mix the egg (1), milk (4 tbsp), black pepper (1/4 teaspoon), salt (1/2 teaspoon) and vegetable oil (3 tbsp).
Step 4: Cut the phyllo (filo) sheets in triangle shape evenly and stack on top of each other.
Step 5: Stack two phyllo triangles together and brush with about 1 tbsp of the prepared whole-egg, milk, oil and seasoning wash. Double layers help hold the filling.
Step 6: Put about 3 tbsp filling on each prepared pair and roll smoothly. Continue the same pairing, brushing and filling with the remaining phyllo triangles and supplies. Refrigerate any unused filling or egg wash promptly.
Step 7: Grease baking dish and place the rolls in it. And then brush the top of the each roll with egg yolk (1) and then garnish them with sesame seeds (1 tbsp).
Step 8: Preheat the oven to 200°C/390°F. Bake the prepared pastries about 30 minutes until cooked and golden.
Step 9: Serve hot.
