Step 1: Preheat the grill to medium-high, about 375–400°F (190–205°C).
Step 2: Lay out four large pieces of heavy-duty foil. Use nonstick foil, or lightly spray each piece. Place one thin chicken fillet in the centre of each sheet.
Step 3: Divide the green beans (1 pound) and sliced zucchini (1), onion and bell pepper (1) evenly among the four fillets. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce and ½ tablespoon butter to each packet, using the measured ½ cup sauce and 2 tablespoons butter in total. Fold the long foil edges together several times, then fold in the ends to seal all four packets. Grill for 10 minutes before turning.
Step 4: Turn the packets and grill for another 8–10 minutes, until the chicken reaches 74°C (165°F) in the thickest part. Cooking time varies with fillet thickness.
Step 5: Remove the cooked packets and rest for about 5 minutes. Carefully open away from your face to release steam. Roll back the foil edges and brush the cooked chicken with extra barbecue sauce if desired, then serve.
